We’re looking forward to reuniting with everyone in Washington, DC. We’re taking all the appropriate measures to ensure that Latin America Enrgy Forum 2022 is a safe and successful event, and we ask for each and every person’s support and cooperation.

If you are showing symptoms of COVID-19, you should not attend the event. Attendees must be able to show they are fully vaccinated or have a negative viral test in the last 48 hours.

How can you show evidence of your COVID-19 status?
All attendees will be asked to self-declare their COVID-19 status.

They must either:
  • be fully vaccinated (*please see below for vaccines that we accept)
  • show proof of a negative COVID-19 viral test within 48 hours of arrival to the event. We will accept proof of a negative viral test in a form of an official email or text message. There is no need to bring the test with you on site. 
The event will follow US government standards and rules.

*Approved vaccines: AstraZeneca, BIBP/Sinopharm, Covishield, Janssen, Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech and Sinovac.

Acceptable evidence of COVID-19 status
We accept the following proofs of COVID-19 status:
  • NHS Digital COVID Pass
  • European Union Digital COVID Certificate.
  • Printout of a COVID-19 vaccination record or a COVID-19 vaccination certificate issued at national or subnational level or by an authorised vaccine provider.
  • Digital photos of a vaccination card or record, a downloaded vaccine record or a vaccination certificate from an official source (e.g. public health agency, government agency, or other authorised vaccine provider), or a mobile phone application without a QR code.
Please note, that all forms of COVID-19 status must have a personal identifier, at a minimum including full name and date of birth, that match the information on the registration form. It must also include the name of the official source issuing the record and the vaccine manufacturer and date(s) of vaccination

Safety measures we are taking
We will ensure that recommended COVID-19 security measures are in place following the local State guidelines, additionally we will ensure that there is:
  • Regular cleaning of communal facilities
  • Hand sanitizer made widely available
  • Wearing of masks will be based on local regulations at the time
